Nia
Nia blends elements of Martial Arts, Dance Arts and Healing Arts (e.g., yoga) into a single workout. It was created in 1983 and has spread to over 28 countries and is enjoyed by thousands around the world. Nia stands for Neuro Integrative Action and has been carefully designed to embrace and create wholeness.
