This class combines the experience of Taiji flow with the power of a warrior. The weighted Chi balls are an integral part of this class, helping to build strength, improving joint mobility and adding a unique element to the experience. Similar to the TaijiFit Flow class, but taken up a few notches, it’s where we say East meets West in Qi and Sweat.

We dreamed of a studio that was small enough that no one got lost or felt frustrated with not knowing what to do. We dreamed of providing people with the ability to reclaim their health and happiness while offering a peaceful place to rest from the busy world. We dreamed of a place where like minded people could gather and explore movement and ideas in a safe and supportive environment. We dreamed of being to be able to provide an accessible venue for teachers new and old to gather with their students. We strive to continue this intention as long as possible.
