These yoga classes are offered by Heather and/or Brad (owners of Flow!).

Vitamin Y:
Make the transition from sleep to serenity with an infusion of Vitamin Yoga. When we wake we need to get the body moving and ready for the day. An excellent way to start your day is with the gift of a relaxed yet invigorating yoga class. Suitable for all levels.
Prana Flow:
Linking body and breath to draw consciousness into your yoga practice as you flow through a practice designed to draw you into deeper awareness. Classes include asana, pranayama and meditation elements. Students are always encouraged to challenge themselves with awareness while focusing on the flow of breath. Some yoga experience is beneficial but this class is suitable for all levels.
Hips Loose and Fancy Free:
Remember that old tune… the leg bone’s connected to the hip bone… etc? Well, its true and that’s not the half of it! Have you heard that if you loosen your hips you could loosen your shoulders? The body is an amazing feat of engineering and we’ll explore strengthening the stabilizing muscles while opening up those hip joints and achieving new levels of ease throughout the body. This class is suitable for all levels.
Private Yoga Sessions:
Deepen your yoga and develop a personal practice that suits your current lifestyle and health goals with a one on one session. Private practice may include asana, pranayama and meditation aspects to assist you in achieving your goals. Housecalls are also available
